We pack and ship from our warehouse within 24-48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout with Correos Express. Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands): from €6.95, free on orders over €1,000. European Union: from €19.95 depending on country and weight, free on orders over €1,500. Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and destinations outside the EU: available on request via WhatsApp at +34 685 174 582 or support.consumers@ealyx.com.
Delivery times
Delivery takes 3-5 business days in Spain and 5-8 business days in the European Union with Correos Express. You receive tracking by email once dispatched.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return of the complete, unopened lot in its original packaging. Contact us before shipping anything back.
Issues
If a garment is missing or the lot arrives damaged, email support.consumers@ealyx.com with photos within 48 hours and we will sort it out.
